Regular Season Items:

• Schedule: Everyone ok with the format/Minimize Sunday games?
• Rules: Any rule changes needed?
• New Ball: Any issues?
• Home run rule: Match plus 2 ok?
• Home plate: Black Mat?
• Protective gear for pitcher and possibly infield

Playoff Items:

• Playoff Matchups: Pool A (1, 4, 5, 8) Pool B (2, 3, 6, 7)
• Schedule: Everyone ok with the double round robin?
• P/O +/- of 10. Did you like it?
• Tie breaks in the playoffs. Lots of discussion at the field every year about this. People want more weight on regular season standings.

Misc. Items:

• Returning Teams: Everyone plan on coming back next season?
• Banquet: Thoughts?
